All contracts of sale made by Sogatel shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered. Sogatel reserves the right to refuse an order placed.
The customer undertakes that:
all details provided to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services
offered are correct, and the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase
from us is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorized
to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover
the cost of any goods or services you order from us. We reserve the right
to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing
you with with any goods or services.
Payment
Sogatel only accepts payment made via Paypal. Unfortunately, Sogatel is unable
to accept any other method of payment.
All sales are VAT inclusive, calculated at the applicable rate, in compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. For your convenience, a VAT invoice will be enclosed with your order. Please ensure that the information supplied at checkout is correct as VAT invoices cannot be modified once issued.
Shipping and Insurance
Sogatel are only able to deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Calculator.
Shipping Costs can be calculated by clicking on the Shipping Calculator.
We are happy to combine purchases for certain products at an additional cost of £3 per each additional item. This cost will be added during checkout and will not be reflected in the Calculator.
Unfortunately, it may not be possible to combine certain products due to weight, size, or value.
Orders cannot be changed or modified once checkout has been completed.
A mandatory insurance charge will be added at checkout to items valued over £200. Please bear this in mind when calculating shipping costs, as insurance will be added at checkout and not reflected in the shipping calculator.
Unfortunately, Sogatel cannot facilitate customers wishing to collect orders.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 days of receipt of payment. Please contact sales@sogatel.com if you have not received a Dispatch Notification within this timeframe.
Delivery
Please supply an address where delivery can be accepted between 9 am and 5
pm Monday-Friday.
Delivery information will be supplied at time of dispatch. For deliveries made via DHL, please follow the progress of your shipment and contact DHL if any problems arise.
The customer will be liable for any further costs incurred by Sogatel for any items returned to Sogatel due to non delivery.
A 5% restocking fee may apply to unclaimed items.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. Sogatel shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment.
Please notify Sogatel in writing of shortages or damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Correspondence
Our primary method of communication is via email. We endeavour to respond to
emails as effectively and efficiently as possible during normal working hours
(Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm). You will receive an automated email upon receipt
of a satisfactory payment and also at the time of dispatching your order.
Please ensure that you have supplied us with a valid email address and check
your emails frequently until satisfactory completion of your order.
Sogatel are unable to offer direct product advice or advice on compatibility of any individual product with others.
Complaints
Sogatel undertakes to address all complaints as expeditiously as possible and
will continue to communicate with the customer until the issue has been resolved.
Returns
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product for a refund
within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will
be refunded the price of the product and VAT, provided that the item is received
in tact and in a re-saleable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sogatel is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
All items are supplied with a 90 day warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay the full costs associated with the return of the product to Sogatel.
Items should be returned by traceable methods of shipping and adequate insurance cover should be taken out by the customer.
We regret we are unable to ship advance replacements.
Sogatel does not offer a walk in replacement service.
If a suitable replacement is not available, Sogatel reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product, along with the original freight cost. Insurance is non- refundable.
Returns Procedure
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email sales@sogatel.com in
order to obtain a Return Material Authorization number, (RMA). Please clearly
write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All
RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we
are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an
expired RMA number.
Sogatel cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Sogatel.
